Course Leader:  Jennifer Ying, Partner, Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP

An experienced intellectual property litigator, Jennifer focuses on patent and trade secret disputes in federal and state court.  Her experience encompasses all aspects of litigation from outset to trial and through appeal in both lead counsel and co-counsel roles.

A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with degrees in electrical engineering & computer science and management, she frequently draws on her technical background in her patent litigation work.  Jennifer has represented clients in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, as well as in the mechanical and electrical arts, with a focus on telecommunications and wireless technologies.  In addition to patent disputes, Jennifer has experience in a variety of other areas including copyright, trademark, trade secret, unfair competition, contract and licensing disputes.
